TRAINING MANAGER
Job Summary
This job involves the management of the Training Department in the planning, preparation and conduct of training courses. These training courses cover the technical as well as the business application of the company’s software products.
Responsible for planning and preparing various training curricula. This includes organizing, writing, and updating training materials such as manuals, presentation slides, training plans, workshops and guide books. Will conduct training courses to in-house staff and client banks, with activities ranging from coordinating course/workshop logistics, to post-training consultancy work
Qualifications
- Has strong leadership qualities, preferably with experience in managing a team of trainers
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communication, or any of its related discipline
- Has knowledge of web-based programming languages such as JavaScript and ASP
- Shows strong inclination to learn new technologies related to banking software development
- Prior experience in any local bank would be an advantage
- Knowledge of eLearning design and maintenance, and the latest trends in the training industry a plus
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has exceptional presentation and organizational skills
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Job Summary
- Write, design, and coordinate review of marketing documentation, including company and product overviews, portfolios, brochures, press releases, and presentations
- Assist in the preparation and coordination for the company’s participation in various events
- Write advertising copies for the Company and its products
- Maintain the Company’s customer databases
- In charge of producing official packaging materials for product releases
- Coordinate with all regional offices to address inquiries or requirements related to product marketing
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers for the production of marketing materials and ensuring their quality and on-time delivery to regional offices and clients
- Provide sales support to regional offices by creating customized corporate and product presentations and demos
- Help the Company in keeping abreast with the latest strategies in the field of product marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree holder from a reputable University or College
